PROGRAM OVERVIEW
As a student in the Broadcasting Program, you’ll be learning all the fundamentals of communication technology from faculty who have first-hand knowledge and experience in the industry. You’ll spend time in our studios, learning how to make polished productions for TV, radio, social media, and more.
We cover the range of skills that matter at today’s stations, including advertising sales, good journalism, and station management.

Career opportunities in broadcasting are not just in front of a microphone or camera. There are many other career paths on the technical side, like shooting TV footage, producing and directing, lighting and sound engineering. There are also jobs that focus on the business side of broadcasting like – sales, advertising, marketing, social media and station management.
