May 19-25, 2019, is the 45th annual National EMS Week and City College would like to take the time to feature some of our wonderful EMS Instructors as well as our EMS students.

Mr. Napoleon Outlaw, City College Instructor, holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from Michigan State University. He has been a member of the City College academic team since 2017.  Mr. Outlaw is a certified Firefighter and Paramedic in the State of Florida. He has worked for the city of North Lauderdale for the past 11 years as a professional Paramedic/Driver Engineer.  He also previously worked at Medics Ambulance, a well-known private ambulance company in the tri-county area.  Mr. Outlaw has been involved with Emergency Medical Services education for 8 years.
